2.2 Account Security

5.1 Example of Bonus Use

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• The bonus may only be claimed once per user.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus balance will expire.
• Some games may count at different rates toward bonus wagering contribution.

5.3 VIP Cashback

dhaka7 VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. There are four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.

Betting and Gaming Terms

All bets placed at dhaka7 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. dhaka7's decision is final in determining betting outcomes.

6.1 Bet Cancellation

dhaka7 may cancel bets in the following circumstances: if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error; if an event is cancelled or postponed; if a system inconsistency is detected. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is tested and certified as fair by a third party. For live casino games, the rules of the relevant studio apply.

Limitation of Liability

dhaka7 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a transaction is affected by a delay or error from a third-party payment provider.

• Due to the user's own negligence or failure to keep account details secure.
